As we move ever closer to the end of the year, we’re extremely pleased to announce a new project for London-based corporate venue hire company, London Meeting Rooms.
Offering a range of locations across the capital, London Meeting Rooms are a relatively new name in the corporate venue hire sector, but already boast an impressive selection of well-known companies and organisations from both the public and private sector.

The project forms part a new strategy for London Meeting Rooms as they seek further expansion into 2018 and beyond, looking to establish themselves as one of the foremost meeting room brands operating within the capital.
A project which entails a new brand identity for the business, around which a modernised website with an integrated meeting room booking system is to be designed and developed.
User Experience and Office Efficiency
Corporate venue hire is a competitive landscape across the UK, particularly so in the crowded London marketplace. Businesses are constantly looking to secure the right kind of room for their needs – from training courses and seminars, to sales meetings or team events – and want to be able to book what they require with the minimum of hassle.
Being able to deliver an efficient service and positive user experience is a key component of the London Meeting Rooms strategy for the future; and one of the reasons why they were in search of a streamlined booking system.
Added to this was the need to bring new efficiency to the day-to-day office operations of the company. The current booking fulfilment process was considered largely inefficient and time-consuming, affecting productivity and, by consequence, profitability.
They needed a solution that could fulfil their clients’ room hire needs, while reducing the mountain of admin and flurry of chasing that tends to ensue thereafter.
