Smash Camps Booking System Goes Live for Stubbers

We’re delighted to announce the launch of a new online booking system for Smash Camps, the activity camps for Essex-based adventure centre, Stubbers.

About Smash Camps

Based on the outskirts of Upminster, and just 20 minutes from London, the Stubbers Adventure Centre is set across 130 acres of beautiful English countryside. Among the varied activities available throughout the year at the centre is Smash Camps; a range of activity days and residential breaks for children and families.

Having established a reputation for providing quality activities and adventures for more than 20 years, the need to continually improve the experience for the customer is imperative.

A Customer Friendly Booking System

A primary reason for introducing a new booking system for activities at Smash Camps was the need to have a simple means for customers to book onto camps and activities quickly and via desktop, mobile, tablet or laptop devices, as well as efficiently taking bookings by phone.

The thinkBooker system provides Smash Camps with a user-friendly booking journey, allowing customers to search and book the activity they want, 24/7 on any device, within a matter of minutes.

As part of the booking process, customers have the facility to pay online at the checkout, with the option of applying childcare vouchers if required.

And, with it being such a well-established local brand, it was important that the brand guidelines and company image were maintained throughout the process; meaning a fully consistent journey for the customer.

Saving on Admin
