A Full Suite of Re-Brand, Website and Booking System
Building on the excellent growth of the business, London Meeting Rooms have implemented a strategy to help them become one of the leading names for corporate venue hire across the central London area and beyond.
Key to this strategy was the necessity to ensure an impactful new brand identity for the business alongside investment in digital platforms and solutions to help the company increase its revenue streams while reducing operational costs within the back-office.
The thinkBooker design and development team were therefore appointed to create the new London-centric brand identity ahead of the full development of a modern responsive website and integrated booking system.
Improving User Experience and Efficiency on the Front and Back End
Recognising that customers used to working in fast-paced environments and having an expectation of an easy to use online and real-time process was at the heart of the project.
The new booking system provides a powerful yet streamlined customer journey, allowing them to search and book a venue at the location and time of their choosing, as well as easily adding extra items such as catering or equipment.
